National Biodiesel Board: Ask Congress To Renew The Biodiesel Tax Incentive

February 11, 2019 | WASHINGTON – The biodiesel industry is asking Congress to renew the biodiesel tax incentive, which expired more than a year ago, and we need your help in raising the volume on the urgency of this issue!

In December, during the last Congress, the House of Representatives passed a vital multiyear extension of the biodiesel tax incentive.

With the start of the new Congress, this provision must be brought to a new vote. Congress also must pass a funding measure by February 15 to keep the government open, and this is the best opportunity to include the tax credit extension.
